Sent a request to extend the return date for an additional week due to being hospital. They never got back to me. Very disappointing.

FIRSTLY SHEIN, your customer service is TERRIBLE!!
I can't access any help with my issues via your app. It just doesn't allow me to phone or message chat with anyone.

WHY??? I'm a regular customer. I will take my business elsewhere & post feedback about this unless someone contacts me.
SECONDLY, when I order something, you should give customers the option to choose where to leave our parcel if we're not home.

My parcels have been left in full view of people & could be stolen.
THIRDLY, I want to remove notifications from your site & I don't know how. Your App is not USER FRIENDLY!!!

My parcel never came. My courier never came to deliver.

I just got an email saying they couldnt locate my address or no safe place to keep the parcel. I have ordered many thing from shien and never encountered such problem. I ordered dress for a special occasion but never got it on time.

I called fast hourse but the lady at call wasnt any help and got annoyed. I would say not professional at all.
