I noticed in my order there are 2 of the same shirt, same colour. One shirt should be blue and one pink, but the order is showing two of the same blue, identical shirts.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Took me days to get them to do a basic return!
I wrote emails, spoke to non human bots.
It was exhausting and frustrating! This basic return was solved eventually with a lot of effort on my part!
They made a simple return a huge problem! Was not necessary at all!
I bought items, of which I have, for no reason, got doubles that I don't want! I was charged for items I don't want! I would like to refund them, but you don't make it easy, and there is no human help!

I paid more than the actual price, so I want a refund for the extra money. I am a customer and their customer care service is very good at assisting, which I appreciate.
However, they charged more than the actual price and my balance differs.
I have submitted all my receipts, so I don't understand how this problem occurred. I've ordered twice and encountered this issue both times, so now I lack confidence in their service.

One item is missing from the last shopping I did with Shein. The item wasn't included in my package and everything was paid for.
One of the shoes I got also started fading from the first use. Below is a picture of the item that wasn't included in my purchase (the headband), and a picture of the boys' shoe I ordered, and the same shoe after one week of use.

My parcel was sent through with imile with the error on the Address. Ive tried every way to get a hold of my parcel but everything is automated!
Worst service ever, where you cannot contact someone directly to edit a minor error.
There needs to be improvements with their services and I also would like a refund with all the crap Ive put up all because they sent it through a *** delivery system. Theres no phone number that works, not even the site that suppose to help you out to change error.
They dont reply to the emails Ive sent, and theres not even an address to pick it up myself!!! The worst!!!

Hello Shein Customer Service Team,
I recently purchased a dress (DAZY Women's Off-Shoulder Long Sleeve Mid-Length Dress) which unfortunately turned out to be larger than expected and significantly different in quality compared to the promotional photos. I was unable to return it within the usual timeframe as I was focused on my HSC exams.
Now that I have more time, Im reaching out to see if a partial refund could be offered.
The item is no longer available on your site, which makes me question its quality further. The fabric feels and looks much cheaper than shown, and it doesnt resemble the photos in terms of quality or fit.
I've attached photos to demonstrate this difference. I would prefer a refund over credit(not store credit), as I am disappointed with the quality of this purchase.

My parcel was scheduled to arrive on January 17, but after two or three days without receiving it, I called my post office to inquire about its status. They informed me that my parcel van had been stolen and my parcel was involved.
