I ordered a pearl cherry cardigan in the size I felt was correct. After going by their measurements, it is too small, and I have tried at least 6 emails that still go unanswered.

I wanted to send it back and order a larger size.

They are quick to take your money but hopeless to help when needed. It cost me over $28, and I feel I need a reply.

My daughter has two sets of swim suits that are very, very small and do not fit her. Please return 2 items.

I have tried several times to order products from Shein but its got so hard to do so,,,and when you eventually get through the order process its also hard once again to pay for those products really who would want to pay for someones elses goods really??? I have used Shein somemany times in the past but never had this problem ordering or paying for my order, ( what has happened)

I bought $700 worth of items, and they fraud-checked. I gave every ounce of evidence, and the items have been paid for, but they won't send the items!

Your website or app site is consumer-unfriendly, and I am frustrated to the max. I want to return two items and got all the way to submit, and it said, 'Oops, sorry! Please help me; this has taken up half my day so far.' Ridiculous!

Charged for something I didn't order. Message received saying it was delivered.

Cannot find my order on Shein app. I received an email that they will refund 1 item and the rest will be delivered, but nothing is showing in the app about the order.

I paid $69.52 and refunded $15.96. The other items are not showing on my orders.

My parcel's address was incorrect and was delivered to the incorrect address. It is now in a post office in the city of Sydney, and I was informed by Australia Post that I would be unable to obtain it as my ID does not match the parcel's address. Please either refund me the cost of the goods or resend me another parcel to: 16 Countess St, Mosman 2088, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Unfortunately they have suspended my account and nobody will help me. I have tried contacting them for months now and no response, I can't change my password or even delete my account and start again and they are doing nothing to help me!!!

I have tried 3 times to order my shoes in my cart but its its impossible I put my email address in then password which it accepts then I get code and try putting that in and it wont accept the code its a pain and to hard so my items can remain in my cart as I cant get to pay pal to buy them sorry Joan
